To provide an information hub for those intending to conduct offshore, survey, calibration, TV, film, charter and infrastructure flights on the VATSIM network. Information will be provided on procedures, operators and the fleets they operate.

To provide suitable training for those intending on conducting offshore, survey, calibration, TV, film, charter and infrastructure flights on the VATSIM network, including but not limited to procedures with the aim of promoting realistic flying and enjoyability.

To provide an engaging community which focuses on offshore, survey, calibration, TV, film, charter and infrastructure flights on the VATSIM network, including but not limited to organising events and working with VATSIM Divisions in providing suitable ATC for such events.
